Ingredients: 10 oz cold brew coffee (can be store bought or homemade, I used Stumptown brand); 1/4 cup cream (heavy, half/half, coffee creme); 1 tbsp pumpkin puree (canned ); 1 tsp maple syrup; vanilla extract (a dash); 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (just a small pinch, plus more for topping)
