Name: Pumpkin Spice Frap (Copycat)
Ingredients: 2 tbsp pumpkin spice sauce (recipe below); 1 tbsp homemade frappuccino base syrup (recipe below); 1.5 tsp instant coffee (or 1 tsp espresso); ½ cup milk; 1 cup ice; ½ cup water; ¾ cup sugar; 1 tsp xanthan gum powder (I got mine from Sprouts, but it can be found on Amazon, Walmart, etc as well! Worth it. ); 1 tsp vanilla extract; 3 tbsp pumpkin puree; 2 tsp cinnamon; ½ tsp ginger (ground); ½ tsp cloves (ground); ½ tsp nutmeg (ground); ¼ cup water; ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk; 1 tsp vanilla extract; whipped cream (fat free, a dollop); pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon, a pinch)
