Ingredients: 16 oz. shrimp (med/large, peeled); 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (store bought or homemade, homemade below); 1 tsp old bay; 1 tbsp avocado oil; 2 cups penne pasta (uncooked); 1 cup coconut milk (or half/half); 1/2 cup parmesan (freshly grated); 1 red bell pepper (sliced thin); 1 green bell pepper (sliced thin); 1 jalapeño (sliced); 1 tsp old bay; 1 tsp jerk; salt (big pinch)
