Ingredients: 2 tsp instant coffee; 1.5 tbsp brown sugar; 1 tbsp maple syrup; flaky sea salt (pinch); 2-3 tbsp hot water (warmed in microwave); 1/8 cup cream; 1-2 tsp vanilla syrup; 1/2 tsp vanilla extract; 1 cup milk (2%, skim, almond, etc. I use skim.); Ice (filled just under half the cup)
