Ingredients: 16 oz. lean ground beef (or ground turkey, or chicken); 1 whole carrot (julienned); 1 red pepper (sliced into strips); 1 broccoli head (about 2-3 cups); 1 sweet onion (diced); 1 tbsp avocado oil; 2.5 cups jasmine rice (cooked); salt; pepper; cornstarch; 1 tbsp cold water; 1 cup beef broth; 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce; 1 tbsp honey; 1/4 cup brown sugar; 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes; 1/2 tbsp ginger (grated); 3 garlic cloves (minced fine); 1 tsp sesame oil; 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
