1sliceswiss cheese(option to use white cheddar)
1tbspmayo(light, optional)
1tbspdijon mustard
¼gala apple(sliced thin)

Spread 1 tbsp of mayo on one slice of bread and 1 tbsp of dijon mustard on the other. Layer with turkey, cheese, and apple, then drizzle honey on top of the apple slices.
Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat. Once hot, add 1 tsp olive oil and 1/2 tbsp of butter. Swirl around pan, then add the sandwich and toast for 1-2 minutes on each side or until bread is golden brown.
Let sandwich cool for 1 minute then slice in half.
