Add ground beef, worcestershire sauce, A1, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, mix with hands and make 4, 2 oz. patties (be sure to make them wide/flatter that normal as they'll shrink and thicken up once cooked)
Heat cast iron over medium high heat, spray bottom with oil spray (or grill them up). Once hot, add patties. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Add cheese the last 2 minutes to melt.
Slice buns in half, add burgers, top with spring mix, pickles, tomatoes, onions or any other toppings you like.
Add any condiments you prefer (they aren't logged in calorie count)
