Instructions
Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add diced apples and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until apples are soft and slightly caramelized.
Assemble by adding greek yogurt to a bowl, top with granola, apples, nuts, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
