Heat non stick pan over medium-high heat. Season diced chicken with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. Add 1 tsp avocado oil to pan then add chicken. Let cook undisturbed for 3 minutes to get a nice char, turn, then let cook 2 minutes. Mix, let cook another 1 minute. Turn off heat, then add BBQ sauce. Mix well, then add on top with salad. Enjoy!
