Ingredients: 1 cup italian parsley (curly doesn't have the same flavor); 1/4 cup mint leaves (packed); 1/8 cup basil (packed); 3 medium garlic cloves; 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar; 3/4 cup olive oil; 3/4 tsp dried oregano; 2 tsp honey; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 6 cups romaine (chopped); 1/2 cucumber (seeded and sliced); 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved); 1 carrot (whole carrot, ribboned with a peeler); 1/2 cup feta cheese; 10 oz jumbo shrimp ((5 oz. in each serving)); 1 tbsp. olive oil; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper
