Simple Waffles

Name: Simple Waffles
Ingredients: 1 cup waffle mix (pancake mix works as well!); 3/4 cup milk (oat, almond, 2%, etc.); 1 egg; 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 tbsp blueberries (or fruit of your choice); 1 tbsp raspberries (or fruit of your choice); 1 dollop cool whip (low sugar, optional)
