Ingredients: 16 oz. chicken breasts; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp oregano; kosher salt (big pinch, both sides); pepper; 2 tbsp butter (to baste chicken); 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (if using non-stick pan, 1 tbsp should be fine); 2 cups uncooked rigatoni; ½ onion (diced, small); 3-4 cloves garlic cloves (minced); 1/3 cup tomato paste; 1 tbsp chili pepper paste; 1/3 cup white white (vodka, or water with fresh lemon squeeze (I used alcohol free white wine, the brand is Fre)); 1 cup heavy cream (can use half/half, but not the best texture with milk); 1 cup freshly grated parmesan; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes; 2 cups spinach (chopped); kosher salt (big pinch at the end or to taste); pepper; 6-9 basil leaves (sliced thin)
