Ingredients: 3 oz. steak (sirloin, strip, etc); 1 tbsp chimichurri (optional); 2 eggs; 1 tbsp cheddar; 3 new potatoes (halved); 1 tsp olive oil; chives (optional); salt (to taste); pepper (to taste); salt (big pinch, both sides); pepper (big pinch, both sides); 2 garlic cloves (slightly crushed); 1 bunch fresh thyme; 1 tbsp butter (or ghee)
