New York strip (or rib-eye, skirt steak; salt and pepper both sides and let rest for 15 minutes before you put in the marinade); 1/4 cup soy sauce; 1 tbsp worcestershire; 2 tbsp olive oil; ½ lemon (squeezed); 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder 1 tbsp. italian seasoning; 1 tsp garlic (minced); ½ tsp hot sauce; 1/3 cup mayo (or whole-milk greek yogurt); 1/3 cup cilantro; 1/3 cup parsley; 1/4 cup dill; 1/8 cup chopped chives; 1 small lemon (squeezed); 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 teaspoons capers; 2 garlic cloves; Kosher salt (big pinch); Freshly ground black pepper; Large ice berg lettuce pieces (try to use the outer leaves, they’re more rollable); 1 cob of corn (about 1/4 cup, grilled with melted butter mixed with a dash of garlic, onion powder, cayenne and cajun); 2 tbsp feta; 1/8 cup pickled red onions; 1/4 avocado (diced); 2 tbsp green goddess dressing (or more if you like it saucy); 1/4 lime wedge (squeezed)
