Ingredients: 5 oz. package tortellini (I used 3-cheese for extra protein); 1 lb. asparagus (ends trimmed, then cut in half); 2 cups cherry tomatoes (halved, I used cherry fall and sun gold tomatoes from my garden); 4-5 garlic cloves (minced); 1/8 cup fresh basil (sliced); 1/2 cup parmesan (freshly grated); 2 tbsp butter; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1-2 tbsp pasta water; Kosher salt (to taste, I used 2 big pinches); Pepper (to taste, I used 1 big pinch)
