Homemade Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup almond milk (or another plant based milk, skim, water etc)
- 1 vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients together in a bottle, shake to combine. Add ice if you prefer it to be cold.
