Brownie Batter Baked Oats

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp coco powder (unsweetened)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup milk (almond, 2%, oat)
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup (option to use honey)
  • ½ tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325F and grease a small ramekin with butter or oil.
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, stirring until well combined. Transfer brownie mix to the prepped ramekin, top with a few more chocolate chips, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Consistency will have a slightly underbaked texture, bake for 1-2 mins longer for desired consistency.
  • Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Enjoy!
