Brownie Batter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- ¼ cup old fashioned oats
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp coco powder (unsweetened)
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup milk (almond, 2%, oat)
- ½ tbsp maple syrup (option to use honey)
- ½ tsp oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and grease a small ramekin with butter or oil.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl, stirring until well combined. Transfer brownie mix to the prepped ramekin, top with a few more chocolate chips, and bake for 15-18 minutes. Consistency will have a slightly underbaked texture, bake for 1-2 mins longer for desired consistency.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately. Enjoy!
