Ingredients

  • 6 whole chicken wings (3 in ea. serving)

Lemon Pepper Marinade:

  • cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2-3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • salt (big pinch)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 365F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Add the chicken wings to a large bowl and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all of the lemon pepper marinade ingredients and whisk together until well combined. Pour marinade over the wings and toss until they are well coated. Transfer the wings to the baking dish, sprinkle with a little extra lemon pepper seasoning, and a few pieces of butter (no more than 2 tbsp). Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, flip the wings and bake uncovered for another 45-50 minutes.

Notes

3 wings per serving, you’ll get about 1-2 oz. of meat off each wing depending on the size.

  1. My family loved this recipe, I cut the paprika in half.

So I followed the directions and I added 2 tablespoons of the seasonings but it seems like it’s a lot for six wings.
Should the measurementshave been teaspoons vs tablespoons?

Hi! It depends on the size of your wings, feel free to adjust as you see fit!

Hi! Do you think I’ll receive the same results with an air fryer?

Hi, the wings were done after the first 45 minutes. Should I still add them in for another 45?

If you are fine with how done they are, feel free to stop cooking there. Just make sure they have an internal temp of 165F. The second round of cook time gives them that “fall off the bone” texture!

This tasted soooo good! The meat fell right off the bones and I finished everything and felt full. It’s worth the cook time!
