Cabbage Soup

Name: Cabbage Soup
Ingredients: 1/2 head of cabbage (coarsely chopped); 1 tbsp oil; 1/2 green bell pepper (chopped small); 1/2 onion (medium, yellow or white, chopped small); 2 celery (chopped small); 1 carrot (large, chopped thin or diced); 3 garlic cloves (minced); 4 cup chicken broth or stock (low sodium); 14 oz diced tomatoes (or 1 can, I used Hunt’s basil, oregano, and garlic seasoned); 1/2 tsp italian seasoning; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp creole seasoning (or cajun seasoning, option to skip if spice isn't your thing!); 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon seasoning; 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional); 1/4 tsp black pepper; salt (big pinch); parsley (garnish)
