Chicken, Fish, or Tofu Hibachi

Name: Chicken, Fish, or Tofu Hibachi
Ingredients: 3 cups frozen white sticky rice (I use the Innovasian brand, and I use the entire box); 1/4 cup frozen carrots/peas (optional); 1 egg (optional); 1 tbsp butter; 1 tbsp soy sauce (reduced sodium, can use more if you prefer); 1/4 tsp garlic power; pepper (pinch); 12 oz. chicken breasts (diced, can also use shrimp, steak, tofu, etc); 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 1/4 tsp onion powder; salt (pinch); pepper (pinch); 1 tbsp avocado oil; 1 zucchini (sliced); 2 cups broccoli; 2 whole carrots (sliced); 1 sweet onion (diced); 1 tbsp soy sauce; 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (homemade, or store bought); 1/4 cup yum yum (homemade, or store bought)
