Name: Chicken Potato Soup
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts; 3 yukon potatoes (diced, skin on); ½ onion (diced); 3 garlic cloves (or 1 tbsp, minced); 3 celery (or 2 long stalks, chopped 2 carrots (medium, peeled and chopped)); 4 bacon (chopped); ⅓ cup flour; 4 cup chicken broth or stock (reduced sodium); 2 cup milk (half-half, or plant cream); 2 cup mild cheddar cheese (shredded); 1 tbsp italian seasoning; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tbsp dried thyme; 2 tsp dried oregano; salt (2 big pinches); pepper (big pinch); green onion (sliced); mild cheddar cheese (shredded)
