Ingredients: 16 oz. skinless salmon (cubed); 2 tbsp olive oil; 2 garlic cloves (grated); 1 tsp onion powder; zest from 1 lemon (plus the juice); kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1/4 cup greek yogurt; 1/2 lemon (juice plus zest); 1 tbsp dill (chopped); 1 garlic (grated); kosher salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1.5 cups basmati rice (boiled with salt, garlic clove, and fresh thyme); asparagus (blanched in salted water and tossed in 1 tbsp of salted butter in a pan)
