  • 2 tbsp italian dressing
  • 1 whole carrot (shaved into ribbons using a peeler)
  • ½ cucumber (diced)
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved )
  • pepper (just a few cracks)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl, and toss well
