Name: Mahi-Mahi Tacos
Ingredients: 1 lb mahi-mahi; 2-3 tbsp. avocado oil; garlic powder; Grill on cast iron (and then shred with fork when cooked/flaky); 1/8 cup light mayo ((vegan optional)); 1/8 cup sour cream ((plain greek yogurt can go in place)); 1/2 lime (squeezed); 1 tsp. siracha (less or more if you want a kick); diced avocado; cilantro; 2 grain-free or whole-grain tortillas ((the brand I use is Siete, almond flour))
