Name: Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients: 16 oz medium shrimp; 3 garlic cloves (minced); Salt (pinch); Pepper (pinch); ¼ tsp cayenne; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tbsp butter; ⅛ cup sour cream; ⅛ cup mayonnaise; ½ lime (squeezed); ¼ tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp sriracha to taste (doesn’t make the sauce spicy, just lifts flavor- can add more if you prefer a kick); 8 white or yellow corn tortillas; 1 jalapeño (sliced thin); 1 cup shredded purple/red cabbage; 1 avocado (diced); ½ red onion (diced, or pickled); 1/3 cup cotija cheese; chopped cilantro (optional); lime wedges (fresh, squeezed)
