Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp (peeled); 1/2 tsp garlic powder; 1/2 tsp onion powder; salt (big pinch); pepper (big pinch); 1 tbsp avocado oil; 1/2 tbsp butter; 3 cups broccoli (chopped); 1.5 cups white or brown rice (cooked); 1 green onion (sliced); Sesame seeds (optional, for topping); ⅓ cup soy sauce (low-sodium); 2 tsp sesame oil; 2 tbsp Brown sugar; 1 tbsp honey; 2 garlic cloves (grated, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder); 2 tsp. grated ginger (or 1 tsp ground); 1 tsp red pepper flakes; 1 tbsp. corn starch; 2-3 tbsp. warm water
