Caramel Apple Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ tbsp butter
- ½ apple (cubed, I used honeycrisp!)
- 1 cup greek yogurt (option to use vanilla flavor)
- 2-3 tbsp granola
- 1 tbsp nuts (your choice)
- ½ tbsp caramel sauce
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add diced apples and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until apples are soft and slightly caramelized.
- Assemble by adding greek yogurt to a bowl, top with granola, apples, nuts, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
