Caramel Apple Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients
 

  • ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ apple (cubed, I used honeycrisp!)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (option to use vanilla flavor)
  • 2-3 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp nuts (your choice)
  • ½ tbsp caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add diced apples and cinnamon. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until apples are soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Assemble by adding greek yogurt to a bowl, top with granola, apples, nuts, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
